Just returned from a week in the UK - what a boring life.
The posts here never fail to humor me. It appears that everyone,
from Clinton's administration (ps I dislike Bill.C - very much) to
the NASD is responsible for SOLV's failure. Funny, Billy has nothing, nada,
control over the SEC as far as I know.
JJB has, as usual, set himself apart from all others with is excellent
posts. Just wondering what type of job JJB has that allows him to
set in court all day? Sour grapes JJB.
IMO, Mr. Tipman (whatever) had every right, and a duty to report SOLV
to the NASD. As a professional, that is one of his responsibilities.
No, this thing is about to come apart, and the only ones going to jail
will be SOLV employees and officers.
