What about this one: microsoft.com Originally posted january 30th, 2001. I would guess that the bug has been know before that. Right now, march 30th, 2001, it reads: "Localization: Localized versions of this patch are under development. When completed, they will be available at the locations discussed in "Obtaining other security patches"." I guess this explains the situation very well. Lars.
