Your right Mindy, oversight is coming and is badly needed. It is very unfortunate that government oversight is necessary because they usually mess up a system more than they improve it. The need is to restore confidence in the financial information that investors rely on. There seems no other way to accomplish this now. This needs to be dealt with swiftly. Jeff
