Watch List 3/4 & Apology:

SYMBOL CLOSE CHANGE CHANGE %

AKLM 5.500 0.219 4.14%
F 58.937 2.125 3.74%
TXB 7.437 0.250 3.48%
RBK 32.437 0.875 2.77%
SFA 19.625 0.500 2.61%
OSSI 36.687 0.625 1.73%
PD 65.000 1.000 1.56%
NOBE 62.125 0.875 1.43%

All previous long/bullish lists are void.

Unfortunately, due to a database formatting error I
unwittingly caused, almost 1/3rd of the stock volumes
were loaded incorrectly since 2/24. This affected
about half the long lists since then. The bulk of the
incorrect files never made the list as my bearish
outlook automatically discounted the bottom 100 stocks.

The market assessment was not made from this data,
but rather the larger market indices, and as such was not
affected. I will attempt to reconstruct the database before
tomorrow's open. However, the net needs to backtested
to assure its accuracy, and that won't happen until Saturday.

I am still long on COTTF, IIT, NOVL, NOBE, MSPG, PQT & PNF
and the entire weekly account posted last Sunday. I do expect
to exit MSPG and NOBE before week's end though.

If you are concerned about one you are long on that was listed
on a Watch List during the last 5 days, please email me and I
will look at it immediately.
