Ted, if you feel the need to blame someone go ahead and blame Bush.

I don't feel the need to blame anyone. In fact, I have been very careful not to blame anyone. However, you all want very much want to blame Obama......as does almost everyone in this country with a political axe to grind. So then, if you all want to start blaming, two can play the same game. Its that simple.

Having said that, I am most concerned with getting the oil flow stopped and having an effective clean up program in place. There is plenty of time later to assign blame.
