Rude don't blow smoke my way...the highest rated Intel system on that H test was an XEON system. That test is SUSPECT imo. Go back to my post on SGI's Itanium. You also didn't sort the list based on price/performance, you sorted on PURE performance and NOBODY buys anything without costing it out first. We are not benchmarking WEBSERVERS here. Nobody is going to buy a big box 64 bit system to do webserving, although Intel now addresses that market with a low power chip. The SGI link talks about INTENSIVE computing benchmarks where Itanium is blowing away RISC systems. Sorry, but I don't buy what you're sellin...But geuss what. We are going to find out soon enough whether your "thesis" is correct.
