I'm very real. I understand that the market is huge and one deal doesn't make a monster. You need to go to school on GTE my friend. ASND did not win on superior products..it was a host of other reasons. That being said, unlike you, I do admit that ASND has great products and that they will do well in the carrier market, that's why I'm an ASND bull. But even as ASND bull I can also be bullish on the entire sector since network building (both enterprise and carrier) is just begining. I, again unlike you, am not married to one company. I see that as short-sighted and a poor investment strategy. Finally, technology advances are huge in any industry but they are far easier to overcome than corporate culture, strong management, and market share leadership. This is why I remain heavily invested in CSCO, MSFT, INTC, DELL, among others.
So, BR, my good friend, I think it is you that need to "get real".
