Announcements are good when the company is following through with more effectual news. The last time they could not follow through the approval process of the government was more time consuming than anybody expected (2 years). There is definitely potential after such news like Taiwan. Real good news could be when they can get a handle on the European project. That would have a snowball effect. Other tire recyclers must hop on the bus. I know one and he is a large player and saying "Put the plant up working and sell the by-product for me, I buy it for 6 time cash flow!"
