Could ACAP be starting it's recovery? It is interesting that when ACAP was trading in the $5 range and beginning it's decline in value, there was usually a small trade at "the ask" at the end of the day as if someone were attempting to prop up the closing price. Today there was a small trade at the offer $.025 below the previous trade. What, if anything, do you make of this?
