This part of the most recent PR says it all ... The company has been advised that if it does not meet the new requirement by August 2, 1999, its shares will no longer be eligible for quotation on the NASD BB system. In this event, the company will continue its efforts to become, as quickly as possible, a reporting issuer and re-qualify for listing on the NASD BB system. In the interim, NASD market makers have indicated to the company that they will continue to trade the stock on the pink sheets. Delisting will freak out investors and AUTCE will be closer to .50 IMO, which is a cheap buy opportunity. Good guess that AUTCE will be back to $2 in no time when all the smoke clears, but next week will be nasty IMO. Another stock I have been following, ALF went through something like this; they have been halted for many weeks now. vb
