Jon B. I don't know about that as this acquisition has only 16000 subscribers. Have to do a lot of advertising to get more readership and clients. But it does look very interesting. I am sitting on the fence because of MISM and what happened there. Wilfred Shaw has not shown himself to be a great manager (acquisitor) in that company. Everything that was supposed to happen, didn't!! But this announcement looks like a done deal but I may not know how to read the spin(?). DAV
