Eric,
I have been following the NTRX/OPEN situation and I guess that it is what I would do if I was in their place, but as a long term investment, I would be leery. I think to get a real premium on today's prices, you would need to see a future acquisition by a bigger player. I don't see this happening. The reason I say this, is that they are going head to head with some pretty formidible competitors. One thing that I will point out is that NTRX has hit a bit of a sweet spot with their toll-bypass solution, as those that are still looking at VoX solutions with only toll-bypass in mind are also looking for the cheapest solution for the boxes.
