Though the insiders hold the cards (majority votes) and it's likely a moot point, I can't vote for this share dilution. I would have preferred a rights offering or something to existing shareholders rather than their current strategy.
Sure they'll need funds, but why is the first thought at our cost?
I picked up there new phraseology as well.
Stock is at .5312, and got as low as .46 yesterday.
