Dear Lance, I was just in contact with Peggy Wolffrun at the Federal Reserve Board. Her phone number is 202-452-2837. They post a daily list of marginable securities and it is up to the compliance officer at the brokerage firm to pick up our new status from the list. All NMS stocks are marginable. I have contacted my representative at Nasdaq and they found the name of the compliance officer at E*TRADE for me. I just got off the phone with him.
