IMO, your expectations for Q4 are a little high if you expect
them to be to be flat with Q4 from last year. It was stated on
the conference call in October that Q4 numbers would be very
similar to Q3 numbers. Should they report higher than Q3, all
the better, but expectations do not run high for Q4.

Sarah --

In talking to seveal shareholders, I think I'd mistaken the quarter we're in for the one being reported. Q4 should be flat with Q3 and Q1 should meet or exceed Q1 a year ago. I think I have it right now.

Being a relatively new shareholder, I don't have the year ago comparisons branded in my brain. Nor was I part of the conference call. With a company at this stage of development, I'm far more concerned with partnerships and contracts than earnings. They're the roadmap to where Spectrum's going. As BJ said, in a business that has the potential for such large margins, it's not hard to be profitable once the orders come in.

At any rate, thanks for clearing up the confusion.

Regards,

Pat
