Hi Kirk, I've also just noticed that Ter Terradyne is doing well today also. A combination of Ter and A ATE division would give Advantest Hevy Weight competition. Although the sector is not on fire now - I'll not be surprised to see further consolidation do well for overall profits in a lont term view. Much like when KLA and Tencoe joined in 98.It was a stronger company ever since and it happenened just before a very nice runup in the sector. We have really yet to see M&A change the landscape. This could be a sign - in the very short term. Bob
