None of the gossip has been upbeat in the last few days.<< I live in the Silicon Valley too! Here are the facts not gossips that have been talked about this week around here: 1. Both ORCL and IFMX have re-priced stock-options for their key employees -- I think this is a good strategy for both companies to keep good people due to the abundance of good jobs around here. 2. SYBS cut 10% of the work force and re-focused their database strategy -- I wonder if ORCL has gained market share against SYBS and is causing them severe headache??
