Duke, Chaz,

Identix is becoming a much larger company. They are growing faster than they will be able to handle from the inside. The fact that they just added a Director of Finance should tell you something.

Look for debt, secondary offerings.....etc. This is how companies that are 250 million market cap become 500 million. I'm sure there will be ample reasons for investors to fund the growth of IDX.
