To all, A culinary alert!!!!

Speaking about Beano's, If your in Avon (Vail area to you non skiier's out there), There is a great dining experience at Beaver Creek called Beano's Cabin. In buried (bad choice of words here) right smack in middle of the mountain accecable only by sleigh (which is cheerfully suppplied by and run by the people who run the establishment, only after having you consume all kinds of spiked drinks at their base station cabin. Nothing like an evening 30 minute sleigh ride (yeah, OK so it's being pulled by a sno-cat) under the open stars to satisfy the yearnings of this New Yorker.

I give if 5 stars (but then again, I also give can of coke and peanut chews a 4 star rating- got me through school- contained all of the basic food groups, the chocolate group, peanut group, caffene group and the carbonation group).

Next week, I'll explain the rationale as to why bottled water has an expiration date (all you really have to do is to "roll" the bottled water container.

Your humble culunary correspondent (after battling my wife between the food channel and CNBC.) Come to think about it, is it sanitary to have "re-runs" on the food channel?). Just another one of those streams of consciousness....
