Hello Violetta: Dont know about the whims of Mr. Bishop., nor do I care., as he has so aptly stated., and it probably fair play. "Bob Bishop has been eliminated from my universe" Oh by the way., you Bishop followers since Bishop has eliminated Major General from his universe it would appear the price is starting to move up.
