Benwa I don't think so. With Datek online you can buy it at $9.99 a share regardless whether it trades on the nasdaqSC or OTCBB. The real problem is in any case that the pre-share price is neglectible compared to any commission rate. This is the cheapest so far: buyandhold.com It costs only $2.99 per order! (It buys only 2 times during the day "bunched", but for CCSI, it is totally irrelevant whether the stock costs 50% more or less...). And, why do you want a cert? Maybe the certs are total ugly.
