That is a great book as are his teachings. But he is teaching people how to build their own self esteem by succeeding. Today's HS is building self esteem while the kid is failing. We are graduating hordes with no idea of what it is to compete for jobs or for success in the real world.

They should have a Carnegie course mandated in HS.
