Agree with you about the sodomy laws. I don't think anyone will have the political will to have them removed from the books here in Virginia in the foreseeable future, not with Jerry Falwell leading the pack. I promise if I am ever elected to the Legislature - which will be never - I would submit a bill to have them struck down. The "sunset" idea may be the best way to deal with it.
