Not sure what you're getting at. DSL - contrary to popular opinion is still being rolled out. Smaller players are getting squeezed. Big challenge right now is co-location space in the CO's and qualified technicians to install. Also there is a little hic-cup right now because some carriers are waiting for SHDSL or VDSL and are unwilling to install ADSL due to limited lifetime.
