CARL..

I have to agree with you regarding the tie ratio of disks to drives... I bought a ZIP PLUS 5 weeks ago, I bought 6 disks with it... I've been scanning photos and storing them like crazy... So far I've scanned almost 250 photos and haven't even filled up one disk. I will eventually get around to backing up my hard drive which will take another disk or two but beyond that I can't imagine what I'll use my remaining 3 disks for... I'm with you... I don't think the ave. home user will need more than 5 - 8 disks total... Extrapolating this out a bit I think it will be a similar case with CLIK! disks... i.e. the average user won't need that many disks.

In my case, even if IOMEGA lowers the price of disks by 50% I still won't buy anymore. I just don't need anymore disks at ANY price...

Lest anyone get the wrong idea... I am not bashing IOMEGA... I like the company and think it makes a great product... I'm not too high on the stock however and firmly believe that unless IOMEGA can lower their costs (overhead/production/marketing/distribution/etc...) that the stock isn't going anywhere in a hurry...

Hope I'm wrong...
