Julie, Here's one of my previous posts that addresses your question according to what I understand of the situation... Message 3832834 Also, the web site needs quite a bit of updating. They are supposed to be addressing that very shortly. I believe the web site has been under the control of the Toronto people and GLOW is trying to get that issue resolved. Once they do, they will get it updated as soon as they can. That's what I've been told anyway. Best wishes, Brad
