Jack: thanks for telling us about this law suit. When I first heard of it, I was wondering if it was disgruntled "shorters" who had initiated the suit, or if it was "longters". I see by the time frame involved that it is probably those who bought high only to see the price drop. On the otherhand, the article specifically asks for those who "bought" PRST between 2/17 and 6/17. It makes me think that even those who sold short and "bought" back (at a terrific gain) around 6/15 could also join this suit! (But which side??) Another way of looking at this law suit, however, is that it will likely drag along for five years ...meanwhile, the PRST "story" [whatever it is going to be] will possibly be over. It certainly won't likely be the challenging, intriguing mystery it is today: either it will go way up or way down, or it will have floundered along for so long in the mid-range doldrums that no one will care anymore. Hope this isn't "heresy" to listeners. Instead, such a lawsuit should be held in perspective. It is very unlikely there is much substance to it at all; and it is very unlikely it will make any practical difference to the present investment potential of PRST. At least, that's my opinion. PS: how many people out there want to join this suit?
