Spectra Energy Corp. (SE) - Prices secondary at $30.00/share 3:54 am Spectra Energy prices offering of 14 mln shares of its common stock at $30 per share Seems like you s/d pick up shares below $30.00/share today. Upped my SE position by 35% w/ an add here in the pre-market @ $29.39/share. That's a 5.5% div yield. Yesterday company closed on the sale of some non-core assets in the Northwest netting $200mln CAD. They plan to use the proceeds of this offering to buy SEP units. EKS
