David, I have read most of the court documents. What point are you trying to make? Is it the part about UTS buying out the remaining assets and leaving SOLV with a big fat 0%. Or is it the fact that no one has ever seriously entertained using the mineral extraction process? Seriously David, I'm truly sorry that you lost a lot of money on this one. Your admission of this only makes me believe that you have never fully understood how the market works, and you, like so many others fell victim to a get rich quick scheme. You are right, SOLV is not dead. They will come out of bankruptcy for sure. That's the sad part really, because they will get yet another chance to spew their lies and victimize other small investors once again. I have one more question. Whose head is where? GLS
