Well using that reasoning the fact that you want to stop adults and business's from doing something which they have been doing for decades, without a vote is the same as fascism huh?

Some analogies should not be made in a reasonable debate Alexa?

Comparing the desire to put for a people's vote a ban on smoking in Restaurants or bars to the plight of African Americans to have access to business's is pathetic at best.

You made the correlation not me.

The fact is law doesn't begin today when Alexa decides. History and the historical context of past allowances should be taken into consideration.

Bars and Restaurants have been allowed smoking for decades. Can you name me one concrete death which has occurred from second hand smoke?

No it's just a theory in sum lab. The rats get cancer. If exposed to probably 50 times the levels a person might receive if eating in a Restaurant away from the smoking section.

What about the rights of a business to operate and make a profit Alexa. Let's say your ban causes 10 out of 100 business's to go under. You have changed the law and now put a person into bankrupcy. Have they no rights for retribution?

The only thing which is fair and prudent to do is put the ban to a vote!

Why you can't see that amazes me.

Michael
