It is true that gold has been and remains a store of Value. But it is not good for day-to-day trade.

Furthermortere, the USA banned gold in 1933. It could do it again. Canada could do it as well.

Coutries will do what they can to protect their fiat currencies while people will do what they can to protect their own assets.

Both gold and cryptos, and to a lesser degree commodities, will be used when/if fiats go the route of hyperinflation.
