I assume this is to present Lutz's 100-day plan that we've been hearing so much about.

Are these conf calls with analysts common? If it's only to talk about vision, goals and org changes, couldn't they wait until the quarterly report in 3 weeks time?

In your opinion, if this call has anything to do with the upcoming 1st quarter results, would it be to soften the analysts for a lacklustre quarter or to hype up a really good quarter?
