<<What is a good first step in obtaining (a) a copy of the clinical trial presented in the newspaper article or Tom's source vs. (b) the trial presented today?>> As a former and sometimes still securities lawyer, your best bet now is: (a) DEPO; and (b) DEPO or, failing that, a Freedom of Information Act Request directed at FDA.
