Hi Jim, I'm glad the tour wasn't boring! There's been plenty of activity in the Warehouse recently. However, it's been mostly deliveries rather than shipments up until this week!

AIM with the help of Newport has kept close track of inventories and costs, so we're pretty well set when demand for our "products" starts to go up. After updating my stock prices yesterday, AIM's still asking me to add to a couple of positions, but most are set for now.

I think there's enough history with the Rydex family of funds to do some long term study. I'm not sure of the Ultra Bull and Bear funds. I think they're a newer group. Thanks for your thoughts on this. In Jim Hadley's model, if one substituted the Bear fund for the Cash Reserve, it would only grow by the purchases of the bear fund on one side, while the Bull side would be advancing the Portfolio Control each time there were normal AIM purchases there. I don't know if this would cause an imbalance or actually "help" to contain an imbalance without filling in a spreadsheet.

Best regards, Tom
