Glad to hear the back is at least some better...The kids made me go to the chiropractor (?? sp?) while in ID, and he said my middle to low back was a mess....said I was moving lots, but the back was stuck and causing a big bunch of trouble....Yep, I certainly know what he is saying....He did a couple of 'yank and pulls' that were pretty hefty, and said that would be enough till I could have someone deal with the mess.... Sigh..... getting old isn't for the elderly!
