Andrew, the 98 million shares outstanding number I referenced already includes conversions of about 24 milion shares this quarter. The new financing is already included in the 167 million shares "accounted for" number and is unlikely to be quickly be converted and impact "shares outstanding." With regards to my estimate, well I think they're done for now, so I'll guess total outstanding common on March 31 will continue to be 98 million with the average shares outstanding for the quarter (used to calculate 2nd Qtr EPS) coming in at around 84 million.

BTW, Syquest had about 72 million shares outstanding at the end of last quarter, not 80 million. They had about 80 million shares accounted for in warrants and options.

Regards - Dale
