Hi Pete & All, No word yet on this SRA spin-off. I wish they would get this settled. I think they are hung up on this leveraged buy-out thing. (Not very common with tech companies) I hope Ascend doesn't end up owning too much of a newly created computer company. Hopefully we know one way or another by the end of the month. Pat
