Who are the parties who instituted this latest suit and why did they do so at this time? Who are the parties who had knowledge of the suit? Caroline mentioned a judge and gave his phone number -is he involved in the suit and if so how did Caroline find out about it? Many of her posts and those of others have laid out pieces of information that raised doubts. Why have they not posted all of what they knew?

1. General Re, and it was instituted quite a long time ago.
2. Don't know which parties had knowledge, but how could Mohamed and Mike not have had knowledge?
3. I am not involved in the suit
4. I have the case # etc. because an investor who lost money in GIFS emailed it to me.
5. I lay out pieces of information and do not post all of what I know because I only post what I can back up with firm evidence.

I'm also rather dazzled at the inability of people on this thread to use a telephone book and the telephone itself to gather their own information.
