Well, to be honest, it wasn't that excellent a call. The thing was just obvious and so I jumped all over and inside it. I've been selling quite a lot and will be selling in the future. I still have substantial holdings that I will keep in case of a stupendous run up. I'm now shifting my attention to real estate. Waiting for the bubble to burst.
