yeah, time it takes waiting on the phone costs transactions. Though I think they should concentrate on speeding up their web site, and debugging it too. Brown is like walking into heaven. I have made about 30 trades, and only one problem, I got an order filled in two lots, and they charged me $5 for both. I called, and they promptly corrected it. Their site is lightening fast(my experience), and their rates are best I have found so far. You owe it to yourself to check them out. If for nothing more, to have a back up in case one or the other goes down.
