Looks like Kyl's office knows that Starnet is trying to be the first truly legitimate casino operator. That's pretty amazing!!

>>An official at Kyl's office who spoke on condition of anonymity said that, should the bill be made into law, Starnet's plan to circumvent it "raise[s]an interesting question about whether they're clearly attempting to comply with the fact that their international product is going to be considered illegal in the United States."<<

AND....this is the most interesting part.

>>The source did concede, however, that "according to two outside legal counsels who have reviewed the language of the bill, a US company that provided Internet gambling to non-American customers elsewhere in the world from an offshore-based casino would probably be OK."

Well shooooot...it seems to me that Starnet deserved the recognition in the first place. They are an honest enterprise. They should have come right out and said it. Why the anonymity? Probably because they don't want to acknowledge the fact that the Bill goes way to far and would try to deter businesses that are not breaking the law.

IMHO
