An aspect of chart analysis that you may be refering to is identifying
upside/downside ratios based on trading history. And absolutely, at 11-12 the downside risk was minimal (barring bad results from clinical trials). And perhaps I'm enthusiastic since I bought in at 13.25 (had to exit something else first & was too slow in deciding what to sell).
But I'm also enthusiastic about how well VICL is holding up after a fairly good sized run since end of tax loss selling. The strong TA reports give me more confidance that we're not looking at am imminent plunge back to 13, again barring bad news.

And Jim, I'd surely be interested in your & other's insights into what has & has not worked in applying aspects of TA to VICL. Scott
