It's cyclical, should go to 25, look at chart this time last year,
it'll take months to get back to where it is, cnto runs like 25% up then 50% down and sideways for awhile, so everyone waiting for a return are just lending their money to the market makers. AND the new contraian indicator, Abbey Cohen, (replacing Elaine Gazzerelli) has said the market is going up, therefore down.
