Just got my package for the AGM on March 18th...two items of note:

1. Increase in authorized capital from 30,000,000 to 100,000,000

2. To approve the company's shareholder rights plan

#1 seems like an excessive increase
#2 is replacing a previous plan and will have a term of five years
