Dynamix Corporation Announces Update

CALGARY, ALBERTA--Dynamix Corporation ("Dynamix"), whose common shares are listed on the CDNX under the trading symbol DYX, wishes to announce that it intends to grant new options and reprice existing options granted to the Corporation's directors and officers, and to employees and consultants of its wholly owned subsidiary, Fastway Exploration Ltd.

The option exercise price under the new grant of options and for the repriced existing options will be $0.10 per common share, subject to the approval of the appropriate regulatory authorities.

The number of common shares which may be acquired under the new options and the repriced existing options will not exceed 2,000,000 and no one individual will be granted an option to acquire more than 4% of Dynamix common shares presently outstanding. There are currently 20,788,322 shares outstanding.
