On the other thread, Swampdog recently posted that the trend is what counts. I agree with him. The new me says, regardless of fundametals, it makes little sense to hold a stock that just sits there while other stocks are trending up.

But it seems to me there's a further step. It similarly makes little sense to concentrate on a stock while other stocks are outperforming it. I like both TRX and MR, I own both and both have strong charts. But TRX is performing better than MR right now. When that changes, so will I.
