It was "likely voters among active military and reserve personnel and veterans favored Bush over Kerry, 52 percent to 44. If John defines "military vote" as including all the above, then yes, his guess is way off. If he's referring to active military, then it may not be. I have no information on how veterans as a group vote, but it may have no relationship to how active military and reserve do.
