Some considerations... BANY stated they are selling ANYI to survive How many of the 250k non-committed ANYI shares were already sold, and at what price? If they sold most or all, what will keep them going? Not 33K of Doublecase sales. Are they selling .07 cent shares in the pinks? Last reported 3.2 million shares out. 1 share BANY = about 1/6 ANYI or $4/6 = .66 cents And most important, why do they have such difficulty with the SEC? Filed in May???
