Sorry chief...I did something pretty silly in that I went to your sorry site (any awards for FIRST visitor in 10 yrs?) and tracked your index just prior to the April 14 (then) current lows for yr 2000 (i.e., the point in time you indicate that you gave your deep insights to your readers on pending doom)...guess what?, from April 10, up until this mini crash, you give absolutely NO indication of a possible downtrend.

In fact, your feeble index indicates a +3 just 4 days prior to and a +1 just the day before the 14th!...interesting how just before mkt open on the 14th(9:06), you magically drop your indicator to 0 (thanks, I am sure, to what futures were doing, and even 0 indicates a neutral stance, meaning that even seconds before the ball was to drop you were clueless).

I believe in Street lingo, folks would refer to this as a contrarian indicator...in fact, perhaps I will start using the Yogi indicator as just that...on the one hand I would say that I feel for your readership who made any decisions based on your deep thoughts, but then again, perhaps you can just pick up the phone to Lorrie...don't believe it, check your own posts below...this dang SI audit trail is deadly accurate and telling, ain't it?:
