Sources close to NewCom are saying that their is a new finance package that might be agreed to as early as today. A fund manager is speculating that the new package would not be convertible into stock and not dilute the stock shares in the future. If this is true, the financing would do what it was meant for, create working capital. This best part as shareholders are not going to be punished by diluting our shares.
